Terms of Use

bearerCORE™ is sovereign CBDC infrastructure. By accessing this platform you agree to the terms governing its use, jurisdiction, and cryptographic security obligations.

Effective: January 2026 TowerPoint Group Ghana · Pan-African · International
01

Infrastructure Provider Status

The bearerCORE™ platform is a technical infrastructure provided by TowerPoint Group. We facilitate the secure movement and integrity of digital value through advanced cryptographic protocols. TowerPoint Group does not issue currency, hold sovereign funds, or operate as a financial institution.

02

Sovereign Issuance & Authority

All "Digital Money" accessed or transacted via this gateway is a direct liability of the respective issuing Central Bank. The legal tender status, redemption rights, and monetary policy governing these assets are determined solely by the laws of the issuing sovereign nation.

03

The "Digital Cash" Metaphor

To promote financial inclusion and ease of use, bearerCORE™ utilises physical cash metaphors (e.g., "digital notes"). Legally, these represent secure, programmable cryptographic claims. Users are responsible for the safeguarding of their digital wallets and access credentials, analogous to the custody of physical currency.

04

Cryptographic Security & Responsibility

Access and transactions are secured via AES-256-GCM encryption and Ed25519 authentication. By utilising this infrastructure, you agree to maintain the security of your local environment and hardware. TowerPoint Group is not liable for losses resulting from user-side security compromises or unauthorised credential use.

05

Regional Compliance & Governing Law

While engineered for the African Union (AU) and global markets, these terms are primarily governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, subject to the specific regulatory frameworks of the Central Bank in the participating jurisdiction.
